Your appointment is made especially for you. If you are unable to attend or delay, please contact us as soon as possible. Please understand it may affect not only us but also other customers.

Cancellation, Reschedule and No show within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the treatment booked.

To ensure you and all our customers receive the best possible service, please arrive on time. Because we cannot arrange the therapy room booking time, we unfortunately shorten your time but we'll charge full price.

Should you are pregnant or have / had disease(s) in the past / at present, we may not be able to provide treatment. To avoid disappointment, please advice us when booking your appointment.

Please inform us as soon as possible for reschedule if you feel unwell or are experiencing cold/flu symptoms.

Please understand that each customers have different results and progress and also that you would need some sessions to enhance the treatment and to improve your chronic issues and root causes.
