Our bodies are made up very well but they are very complicated at the same time. Because they can compensate and hide true and original issue, they make us difficult to realise.

For example, muscular imbalance between the front (chest) side and the back side can be the cause of shoulder ache. But in case of you, it might be different.

Clenching jaw, alignment of the pelvis and/or the feet, postures when sitting, standing, walking and sleeping, exercises which you think good for your body, and past injuries and operations can be the cause or one of the factors.

Moreover, internal organs, medications, foods, contaminated air, clothes, jewelries, watch, hairstyle, thoughts, emotions, mental condition, sleep etc. possibly become the cause or affect or influence the pain and/or discomfort.

If it is seemingly unrelated to the pain and/or discomfort, sometimes those can be the cause.

Our bodies are influenced by the below events as well and those are memorised in the cells;

• The matter(s) which you think that you overcame and it was already solved.

• The injury(ies) and operation(s) which you forget the details because of too old.

• The event(s) that someone such as your parents or teachers took some actions verbally and/or physically when you were a child, and it changed and influenced you. For instance: Your parent asked you shush. Since then you haven't expressed yourself. / Your mother was chatting with her friends and said them that she has to buy shoes very often because my child grows very quickly. Since then you have bent your toes to look shorter.

and so on.

For the above reasons, we see bodies holistically, focusing on the whole body, not just areas of discomfort. We use a combination of techniques to tailor a treatment specifically suited to the client's condition.
